I first started eating here when I was a kid. They have an English menu nowadays. If you've never had snake soup, this is a good place to try it: the taste is mild and accessible. Like another reviewer mentioned, the sticky rice with Chinese sausage is delicious. The owners are very kind and must have been doing this for decades.

Most of the snake shops claim to be fresh, but in fact they use chilled snake meat (what is chilled? It is raw in the mainland, soaked in ice water immediately, and then shipped to Hong Kong. All [taste], [effect of meat quality] ] has been lost with ice water.) The snake soup of Snake King Ball is made in the whole process in the mainland, packed and then frozen, and then shipped to Hong Kong. Of course, the efficacy and taste of the snake meat are still full!
