Central, Hong Kong｜Maxim's Palace (Central)

Very nice dumplings, and interesting and unique experience. Slightly messy inside in term of staff availability and long queue to enter, but fine with a reservation number before you go. Taste of the food was delicious and the trolleys with the food was interesting and fun!

Love the dimsum carts. Reached at 11 and there was no queue, but as we were leaving at ~noon, there was a huge crowd waiting outside. Service is fast as there are many carts and the dimsum is good

All around an amazing place. Get your dim sum from the different trolleys, and soak in the atmosphere in this huge dining hall with so many different families enjoying their yum cha together. Highlight: lots of different desserts as well incl tofu pudding, black sesame soup and mango sago pudding. They always have a queue, try to be early!
