The best Chinese cuisine ever. The cuisine is all made from the best produce in season. The flavours of the food are so wonderfully natural and not overpowered by any flavouring. The dinnerware are all beautifully chosen to present the dishes in the most amazing fashion. We loved every bite and felt absolutely spoiled.

Amazing Peking dishes . All products are grown in their farm in China. So the dishes have a different taste to the usual Peking cuisine in Hong Kong. Definitely worthy of the Michelin standard. A few dishes must try is the Peking duck, fish maw, the golden fried fish and the noodles.
