Recommended! Been wanting to visit Yong Fu for quite some time, naturally our expectations have built up over time; I am impressed to say not only we weren’t disappointed, the dining experience actually exceeded our expectations. First, the service. Service was impeccable from the entrance to the private dining room. Katty, was very friendly and helpful in addressing all my questions when I first made the reservation to greeting us today. Angel, was attentive throughout the whole seating. You can see her passion and belief in the restaurant, and she was also very knowledgeable about the dishes. Ambiance was top notch, the spacious and comfy private room comes with your own restroom. Food- we were in awe! To not be disappointed after high expectation is rare, and yet every and each one of their dish was unexpected pleasant. You can tell how much thought the chefs have put in the dishes when designing them. None of them was mediocre, everything was filled with layers and surprises. The umami of the cuisine was to kill for. Three courses in and I have already named it my new favourite restaurant. We have order 8 dishes (below), we loved everything, the one I marked with star are especially recommended. 泡製菜梗(微辣) *Pickled Cauliflower Stems (Mild Spicy) 黑松露野菜石榴包 Steamed Pomegranate-Shaped Bun stuffed with Black Truffle 招牌十八斬 *Mud Crab with Mashed Ginger and Coriander 蔣公芋艿羹 *Mashed Taro Soup 黑松露黃魚春捲 *Yellow Croaker Spring Roll with Black Truffle 黃魚泡飯 Yellow Croaker Rice in Soup 桂花蜜綠豆泥 *Green Bean Puree with Osmanthus Honey 寧波湯圓 ”Ningbo“ Sesame Glutinous Rice Dumplings Between savoury dishes and desserts, the restaurant offered glasses of hawthorns and pear tea for digestion, as well as some fruits. For sure the price point was a bit high, but the overall experience was unparalleled; I’d say the value of money was great!

The food was incredible. Excellent service. The highlight was eighteen cut crab 🦀👍🏽 superb! A must visit if you are in town.

The best Zhejiang cuisine in Hong Kong, bar none
