Sham Shui Po, Hong Kong｜Oi Man Sang

This is the ultimate street food in my opinion. A dai pai dong is a licensed street restaurant so they actually have their stoves right on the street and these stoves really explode with fire which is needed to cook the food fast and nicely. I don't think you can get the same results with normal stoves. The food here is delicious and priced very well. Highly recommended but come before 6 as it can get difficult to get a table by 630

A lovely local restaurant that you can tase with the most local people daily dishes so called the street food in my opinion. ”Dai Pai Dong” in Hong Kong means a licensed street food restaurant that they have their stoves right on the street and cook the food fast and nicely in front of you. Food is ok with great atmosphere. Better to come at 5 p.m. for diner, otherwise you may need to queue for a long long time.

The hottest and freshest stir-fry you can find north of Hong Kong. Can't recommend the food enough. Do be there early to avoid the queues.
