Very delicious Shanxi cuisine. If you are not a fan of spicy food, you can ask them to scale down or even to omit the spiciness. Their homemade stretch noodles in spicy sauce was amazing. It perfectly absorbs all the spices and flavours. The meat of the pork ribs just slides off the bone. Other dishes including their stir fried mutton with cumin and leek and stir fried peanut root with baby cucumber and Rou Jia Mo (肉夾饃) taste great as well. It's very popular so make sure you come early or book a table in advance.

Pretty good Shaanxi food. Recommend the Liang pi. The place is hidden in an alley in bustling causeway bay. Probably new so not a lot of people was there when I went. Service was warm and food was good. Environment was average for the price, clean, but the tables were a bit low for my thick thighs. Prices are in the pictures.

The food is exceptional. We ordered four dishes and they didn't disappoint us at all. The two signature dishes sour spicy fish and grilled gigot are authentic and flavourful. The soup of the fish is outstanding that not as artificial as other sichuan restaurants. The huge gigot was glittering and with crispy skin. The service is good and i can tell it's a family owned restaurant. Will definitely come back.
