Sai Wan Ho, Hong Kong｜珍香園

A traditional tofu store (bean curd). They serve all sorts of tofu snacks, drinks and desserts either dine-in or takeaway. Furthermore, they sell self-made preserved bean-curds as well. Very good taste indeed. After all, they serve a number of fried snacks as well. A must try is the fried chicken leg.

Finally here on a day they are open. Wonderful HK snacks! The fried turnip was very good, and the pan fried dumplings very succulent and tasty. Also had the squared pan fried turnip cake (no photo). That was only worth three stars. Make sure you are vaccinated and come before 12:30 to get a table. I came on a Sunday.

Delicious fresh tofu and soy milk among many other every day HK food. Best time to go is in the morning. The shop staff are very kind and welcoming to foreigners as well.
