Hung Hom, Hong Kong｜Hung Tong

Old friends met for dinner and birthday celebration. We were seated in a private dining room and the view, vibe were very nice. The BBQ pork was spot on as the meat was so soft and juicy, flavoursome! The Peking duck was also yummy, very lean meat and crispy skin. Lobster crispy rice on soup was very fresh and I liked the crispy rice too, very special! In fact all the food were nicely presented and tasty. Staffs were attentive and friendly. Price a bit high but reasonable for fine dining. Recommend!

Excellent dim sum restaurant with plenty of good-looking and delicious choices. Sea urchin spring roll is very unique and the lobster soup rice is truly amazing, with rich taste of lobster and fresh fish flavour! Highly recommended!

Chinese yum cha and dim sum are always my thing. Arrived at the restaurant at 2pm and it would stop serving food after 3pm. The dim sum were well prepared and delicious. Wish I could order more. The serving staff were friendly. It offered two hours free parking at the hotel for spending over $500. I will come again.
