The baked crab meat in cheese is very good. The fried oyster is fresh and big. Service here was the best I experienced in this HK trip. Prices are quite expensive too. 4 pax was $18xx.

Superb high-class dim sum & service. We found this gem walking around our hotel -- very, very good cuisine. Some of our favorites were: turnip cakes, Sichuan-sauce boiled chicken, shrimp dumplings, & pan-fried chive dumplings. Many thanks to the manager Ray, who made us feel very welcome & attended to every detail.

Tried a few dim sum and their popular barbecue meat. The dim sum is very nice, especially the beetroot & mushroom dumpling, with beautiful color and taste. Char siu is extremely tender, probably the most tender char siu I’ve ever eaten, personally prefer more burnt and sweet though. The roasted pig is so crispy and well seasoned too. A very pleasant dinner!
