Department of qianqianwen... I went to Xinchao in the morning (please read another food review) and ate a satay beef noodle. I picked out the satay beef noodle strips and ended up going to three restaurants to eat satay beef noodles. The three restaurants are Xinhuayuan and Xinle. The Satay Beef Noodles at Gourmet Shop is the most authentic among the three restaurants! Let’s not talk about the taste. Afternoon tea noodles, two rice noodles, and a frozen drink are both worth 37%! Even if it doesn’t taste good, it’s still worth it! Of course... I knew it was D MSG chicken soup, so I drank a few sips of it. The important thing was that after finishing the noodles, the D soup was so hot and smokey. The beef is tender and smooth, no sourness or meat floss smell, satisfying. There are two things that impressed me deeply. The first is that the air conditioning is sufficient. The second is that it feels very clean. This may be due to the white marble countertop! After trying three restaurants, I concluded that Beef Noodle Restaurant is the best and Xinhuayuan, the Amazing Series, is the most authentic.
