Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong｜Fung Shing 1954 (MegaBox)

It's a famous ShunDe restaurant and it didn't disappoint. They have a few signature dishes which are hard to find anywhere else. Those are time-consuming dishes. Happy to see there are still chefs doing them. Tables are widely scattered, so it's very comfortable. It has a big window so the restaurant is brightly-lit. Will definitely come again for the ShunDe cuisine.

I went in the afternoon time. You can order assorted dimsums (served in a birdcage). I would say they mainly serve pastries and desserts then barbecued dishes. If you like sweet and savory dishes this is the place to go to😄 🐟 Fish fillet with fried noodles is recommended 👌

You get a good price/performance food here, especially, during tea time. You can also get a good view here. It is good just seat in the window sides, relax and drink tea to enjoy the whole environment. The dim sum is excellent with a good decoration. Thus not just by taste, but by the form with interesting presentation. For weekday, you will get less crowded here.
