This restaurant was originated from Ngau Tou Kok upper estate which the chef had more than 50 years experience. Only 4 of us tonight and we could only order below though they have many more other excellent dishes yet to be tired.

A low-eating lunch, the delicious Nanru braised pork knuckle rice, the pork knuckles are sun-dried and fragrant...the skin and meat texture are just right. There is also a super low-priced afternoon tea meal. Don’t be fooled into thinking that the portions of afternoon tea are small, but they are actually just as large as lunch. After finishing the meal, I had an aftertaste of the Yangzhou fried rice, the big crispy shrimps, and the fragrant barbecued pork... It was really... really, I wanted to eat more plates. Xingzhou fried rice is delicious and not greasy. The company's sandwiches are large in size, and the main fillings are roasted chicken steak and roasted beef steak, which are quite authentic. Very delicious Hong Kong style food. Deep fried large intestines are one of the best in town, crunchy and juicy. Fried squid lips are also extremely good, aroma of squid is very unique and provides a decent elasticity for the bite. Ribs with preserved olive is also out of this word, very aromatic and have a good balance on the palate. Provides well layered and aromatic food in a traditional local style.
