This newly opened Teochew restaurant is not cheap, but it is packed with people every day. It must be the good food that makes it so popular. So, I decided to come here and eat here today. This time I mainly tried some of their Teochew brine, and chose a sambo rice and goose fillet rice with cuttlefish. The three treasure rice noodles include goose meat, goose intestines and foie gras, and half a marinated egg. I found that its goose meat is very tasty, the brine is very fragrant, and it is tender and well cooked. The goose intestines are so refreshing and chewy, and they are fat enough to satisfy my taste. However, the most surprising thing was the foie gras, which was so smooth and full of wine aroma, it was really good. But there are only four or five old noodles in the Three Treasure Rice, which is not enough. His goose fillet rice is better than the previous goose meat, both are well-done and full of flavour. The only thing I wasn't quite satisfied with was the cuttlefish. It was a little bland, maybe it was my taste. I also paid extra for the sesame lotus root. I thought it was spicy at first, but it turned out to be sesame sauce. It was so delicious. The bill for two plates of rice and drinks for lunch is 180 yuan, which is quite expensive in this area, but it is really delicious and worth recommending!
