Excellent food, this Chinese noodle is unique of it’s kind. I’ve had the same type of noodle back in Australia but it never taste as good as this. It is so much more flavourful. I would recommend getting the spicy one if you’re okey with it, as it is supposed to be spicy (as I’ve heard). It will give you a lot more flavour! This is one of the very few must-visit restaurant every time I visit Hong Kong
