Mei Foo Sun Chuen, Hong Kong｜HAPPY Bakery and Cha Chaan Teng

This review is on their pork chop bun. I have had this snack for lunch 2 times recently. On both occasions I was pleasantly surprised by how good it tasted. First, the bun was freshly toasted and felt warm with good toast flavour and aroma. Second the pork chop was surprisingly hot (temperature), crispy on the outside plus a small amount of melt-in-mouth fat, and had adequate seasoning. Also included was a fried egg, tomato, small slice of processed cheese and a small amount of salad cream. The whole combo was really well done and a pleasure to eat. All washed down with HK styled hot milk tea as good as other more famous HK cafes I have visited.
