Feeling a bit nostalgic and went here for a taste of HK, didn’t disappoint. Instant noodles with an egg and 2 chicken sausages, just the way I remember them. Soup base is subtle that let you taste the noodles itself. Best part is the Horlicks! I have been ordering the same drink at different cha chaan teng and they were all very disappointing, diluted and watery, can barely taste it. The one here is what it should be: generous portion of powder to water, as you can see from residue at the bottom. The result is a rich tasty drink👌🏻

So good, this what a orginal Hong Kong style food should be.
