Food is amazing here. From the appetizer to the main course, it is clear that the dinner menu is crafted with a delicate touch. My boss who is a tofu addict, approves of the high quality of the dish Braised Bean Curd with Bamboo Piths (紅燒竹笙豆腐), which also went really well with the rice. Never had better soup than this: Double-boiled Pig Lung Soup with Almond (杏汁豬肺湯). And it was boiled to perfection, very rich and creamy. I can accept the lavish price, but not the flawed service, could be improved by at least providing a menu upon seating.

Superb dining experience: quickly seated, tea was made available, and got to the menu. The dishware and chopsticks are the cleanest I've seen at a restaurant in a long time. Food was prepared stylishly and with generous portions. And of course, it tasted great too. Their taro dumplings were particularly delicious and just melted in my mouth.

Many unique dishes. Will take a few visits to try them all. Most popular dish is baked pork chop rice in huge portion. We ordered a lot of food that evening and none disappointed us.
