I have ordered the Rice Vermicelli in Soup with Soyed Beef Muscle and Braised Pork Bristle. The soup base was average, plain without being too salty. I would say there's no character in it. The toppings were relatively limited with a bit veggies. The beef muscles are being served too scattered but surprisingly with the earthiness of the meat and tasted fresh! For the pork bristle, again, they were not served in full size that made me doubted the freshness of it.
