Chuk Un, Hong Kong｜Wing Lai Yuen

Fantastic food! Wow. It's one of my new favorite places to go. Really cool interior with cool vibes, but of course, the food is what brings people in. A delicious selection of canton/Sichuan dishes.

Came here before our hike to Lion Rock Peak. Its a small local restaurant serving Shanghai and SiChuan food. Absolutely recommend their Dan Dan noodles (擔擔面), Xiao Long Bao (小籠包) and tofu with thousand years egg (皮蛋豆腐). The price was reasonable and the portions quite big.

Had Dan Dan Mian noodle and celery tofu side dish. I don’t know if the Dan Dan Mian was authentic or not, as I don’t know the standard, but it indeed tasted quite good. Same for the celery dish.
