First time here! We arrived at about 5:20pm and there’s already a line outside. Waited slightly less than an hour. We ordered Roast Goose (half), Suckling Pig, Cucumbers, Prince Kinsen Noodles. It was a guilty pleasure! Yummy! The staff are friendly and provided great service despite the hustle and bustle 👍🏻 Would definitely come back the next time I’m in Hong Kong!

Finally done this long-awaited sampling of this Michelin Star roast goose, one of the very best! Queued for about 45 minutes standing in line outside the restaurant. Ushered inside when my number was called. I'm surprised to see only about 10 small tables in total. Been to Yung Kee (run by another family member) before, which consists of 2 storeys if I recalled correctly. Ordered half a goose, a portion of char siew and a vegetable for sharing. Oh my... the roasted goose was really 名不虚传, worth the wait. The skin was crispy, and the meat firm but tender to the bite. The goose fat accentuated the taste and made it an amazing culinary experience. The char siew ordered as a side dish turned out to be rather exceptional. Just the type I like, lean and still juicy, exterior caramised just right. Later I found out that Kam's roast uses gas fire, while the more traditional style uses charcoal. Gas fire produces a prettier and more consistent roast, while charcoal fire adds another dimension of flavour. Have to try both while in HK : )

This place was quite busy and queue was quite long! Expensive but honestly worth to try. I went there before it open and ppl already queued outside. Waited for 45 mins and got placed with another single traveller. For some reason they dont offer rice with roasted goose anymore, so I had to ordered half goose for myself. Well it tasted quite good, the meat was juicy, tasty, and not tough. It was quite fatty tho and eating half goose alone will definitely quite fulfilling. Service was good, they were willing to explain the menu and not hastily chase you to empty the table Think i will come back again here in the next visit but shared the portion with a friend
