Went to the Lounge for lunch buffet with my mum yesterday. Mum was confused about the coupon situation (we were supposed to have the lunch buffet for free) and she is not someone who uses apps on a regular basis. Luckily we were greeted and helped by two of the staff there, namely Vincent and Josie (I assumed they were in senior positions due to their uniforms). Vincent and Josie were very professional, friendly and patient when dealing with my mum. Josie also showed/taught mum how to use the app and sorted out her coupon within minutes. Mum was very impressed. I was just very grateful as I don't see mum often and I wanted our dining experience to be as nice and smooth as possible, which only happened because of Vincent and Josie (we are rooting for a pay rise or employee of the month for them!). Food wise - for the price tag we thought the buffet was nothing spectacular. However with the selections available we couldn't fault the quality and quantity. Personally I enjoyed the dessert area more than the 'meal' area - I loved that they were all in small portions which allowed me to try a bit of everything. The chefs and the serving staff were very attentive and polite. Overall the experience was good. The service was amazing and we really want to say thank you to Vincent and Josie again for their amazing customer service. And yes we will return.

Stunning location and a delicious buffet to go with it! The price is worth it depending on your appetite. Pro tip: Go on weekend for a variety of freshly squeezed juices.

Went in October 2020 for afternoon tea buffet. The service was good. Staffs were keen to serve us. The environment was also very clean. The food choices for afternoon tea was not very wide but everything served were good. The steak and the fried pigeon was very succulent and juicy. Also recommend the freshly handmade pork and shrimp dumpling. Here are some of the dessert section before the buffet started!
