Wan Chai, Hong Kong｜Ebisoba Ichigen (Wanchai)

Staff are nice. I tried this shrimp noodle first time just accidentally passing this restaurant, soup are rich and tasty. Noodles are spongy. Then i keep coming back to eat occasionally for few years already.

Pretty nice Ramen. The ginger tempura gives a bit sweet for the rice and noodles, making it a richer flavour with different level. Worth going. Just one thing to notice, noodles and rice are topped similarly. But somehow gives a different taste. Not sure if this is an illusion brought by hunger.

I am not a big shrimp person but I love the Shrimp soup here! End up finishing the whole soup. Cha Siu and Egg are great! Ramen is a bit too hard for my taste. I went there with Eatigo Promotion therefore the price is very good.
