La vache restaurant is a steakhouse located in Pacific Place, Hong Kong, operated by Black Sheep. The restaurant only has one choice of set menu, priced at HK$398. You can choose the steak doneness and unlimited French fries. It is worth noting that dessert requires an additional charge of about 100 Hong Kong dollars. It is not recommended because it is too sweet. The steak in the restaurant is made from the flat iron cut. The skin is nicely browned and the meat is rich in flavor. The fries are also freshly fried and taste fresh and crispy. Although the store is small, I believe that the quality control of a restaurant produced by a single product should be in place. Similar to London Flat Iron, overall La vache is worth a try. All in all, if you want to taste high-quality steak, La vache is a good choice. Although the price is more expensive, the ingredients and cooking quality are trustworthy. The only thing to note is that the sweetness of the desserts is higher, so you need to choose according to your personal taste.

An absolutely fantastic experience, top notch service, great ambience, upbeat music and steak and frites to die for. There is only 1 thing on the menu at 398HKD per person currently, entrecote steak, fries and salad. The steak was cooked perfectly medium rare, very well seasoned, the beef fat fries are refillable and deadly good. The house red wine is lovely and the iconic dessert cart is hard to resist. I went for the lemon meringue pie and it was very good. Highly recommended.
