The owner is so lovely and his noodle is tangy and Q, beef is so soft I can eat with my tongue, the tendons is like soft jelly, broth is refreshing…really a must try beef noodle shop!

An old store in Mid-Levels West, nostalgic level, without modern additions. Wonton noodles, the soup base is relatively light, and the mouth does not feel dry after eating.
