Authentic Szechuan styled noodle and soup base that’s heads and shoulders above the average. The whole shop is surprisingly clean and even the air vents are spotless. Some genuine efforts there. A must try.

If you are looking for some spicy noodles to warm your soul, give your taste buds a kick, or to fulfill that spicy noodle craving of yours, look no further than Crazy Noodles. I had been wanting to come here for months, or maybe years, but because I don't work in Central, the only chance I'd get is to come on my day off. So I did. We arrived past the lunch rush hour, around 1:30pm, but I can imagine there being a long queue if I had gone an hour earlier. The noodle options are plenty yet classically simple. Spice level is also up to your liking and you can even opt for no spicy for some of the dishes. But you come here for the spice, the SPICE. We ordered the dandan noodles (regular level) and the hot and sour soup with sweet potato noodles (also regular level). For drinks, the sour plum juice and the monkfruit (Luohanguo) tea. For sides, the bang bang chicken and for dessert, the Chengdu cold pudding. Dandan noodles here are LEGIT. Holy moly they are good. Perfectly seasoned with enough numbing ma la. The noodles even are pretty good. There's no soup, which is the Shanghainese version. This is the Sichuan version. Once i build up my spice tolerance, I'll be sure to go for extra chili and extra spice. But for now pretty content with the current level. Hot and sour noodles 酸辣粉 was good to try, and a bit tad too spicy for my level. If I'd order it again, i would go for less spicy. The sweet potato noodles are difficult to chew, personally, and prefer rice noodles 米線 more (perhaps Guangxi style over Chongqing style). For both noodles, we added a fried egg ($9) which i say is worth it! Lastly the Chengdu Liang Fen (cold pudding) was the perfect way to cool off from the spiciness. I savored the sweetness and cooling effects it had, and loved the small bit of haw flakes 山渣餅!

The environment is better than I thought, spacious and tidy. Not much fancy decorations but many creative poster sticking at the walls. Ordered noodles, side dishes, desserts bad drinks. Food are in general good but a bit salty - especially the pork ribs. Portion is within acceptable range. Price is good value given that the location is quite convenient and again the environment and very tidy.
