The noodle is very delicious. I visit regularly and most of the time it is very delicious. Tho, the service is not good. We can choose the toppings, spicy level and sour level. Portion large enough for a male adult.

One of the best noodle shops around Tsim Sha Tsui however the service and atmosphere is quite below average.

This is the best noodle i have eaten in HK! You should try it. And the ice milk tea is the best! I ordered the spicy mince pork and beef ball as the toping. A little spicy and less sour. Even for someone that loves sour food, its too sour for me. So better choose the no sour one as its too much for me and cant finish it. And the portion is big.
