Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong｜Tai Ping Koon Restaurant (Tsim Sha Tsui)

We made a quick pit stop before our flight home. Ordered the squab and souffle. It exceeded our expectations as we are accustomed to eating fried quails back home. Restaurant was quaint and had that 80s feel.

This is one of our favourite places in HK .. simple, no fuss .. we enjoy the food .. our favourite .. caramelised baked chicken wings .. fried noodle.. soufflé 💛 .. and the baked pigeon 💛 ... this will always be on our "go-to" list ..
