Tai Kok Tsui, Hong Kong｜Lao Cuo Bian (Tai Kok Tsui)

<Taiwanese Beef Noodles> Located in Tai Kok Tsui, 老厝邊 is a relatively new Taiwanese restaurant. My friend and I found it really legit, not only because the interior decoration is very Taiwanese, but also the staff — the waitresses are Taiwanese and they are so polite and attentive to customers, which made the dining experience very pleasant. I ordered a traditional Taiwanese Beef Noodles for dinner. We didn’t order any snacks, as we were not quite hungry. The beef noodles are definitely lit! The broth was so flavored and delicious, and we could sip it with the noodles without feeling thirsty. The beef pieces were quite large, and they were so tender that we felt like they were melting in our mouths! The noodles were very delicious too! Everything in the bowl was soaked with the delicious broth, which made them very tasty and enjoyable.
