Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong｜Coucou Hotpot‧Tea Break (K11 Musea)

Family dinner. Perfect hotpot experience in my mind, with a wide range of delicious meat, balls, seafoods and vegetable options, varied sauce bar (I think we had at least 24 options available) and a range of soups, including pork, mushroom and tomato bases. The Sichuan soup is very generous on chili content but also, importantly, not relied on chili oil which can make the soup too heavy before you even start dipping. The soups are also regularly topped up with both soup base and extra flavour ingredients as necessary. Ordering can be done through the app, and more ordered at any time. The staff are observant. Only feedback is to add cloth protection cover/bag, however the restaurant does provide bibs, plenty of wet wipes and plastic gloves for the shellfish. Expensive as far as hotpot goes, but ingredients were high quality.

Very nice Taiwanese Hotpot restaurant with relaxing and classy ambience. Food quality is good. The penguin meat ball is adorable yet yummy. Fish and beef are another must try items.

Great place for hotpot. The soup broths are very good and authentic. The food was also very nice and has good quality. Prices are not high but it's expected in k11 musea. Spent 400-450pp
