Ichiran ramen shop in Causeway Bay branch. The staffs are super nice, polite and helpful. Great food and not hard to find. Very delicious as usual, this brand never let me down when it comes to filling my ramen crave. If you're craving for ramen aside from having too much tim sum in Hongkong. This is the place! About pricing. Wouldn't say the price is cheap since Hongkong is not really known as a cheap country so eating out will cost around this much almost everywhere in here depends on what you eat or where you are. But the more topping you added, the more you pay so it's a fair deal. Plus water is free here.

Great restaurant and concept which is lovely for eating alone. Although I was solo many in the queue were in groups interestingly. I arrived at 10pm on a Saturday and had to queue around 20-30 minutes so do be prepared. When you get to the front you can be shown to a table and you tick everything you want on a sheet and they will take it away. The ramen itself was very good the only bad thing might be that this was quite expensive compared to comparable options.

Best Ramen experience here in Hong Kong. I love how they have provided water stations at each table. Ordering is also easy since you will be provided with a form which you have fill up. In the form you have the option to customize your ramen as well. But for us we chose standard option. The serving time is quick, we didn’t wait that long. The amazing part is how the ramen is delivered on your table. It came through this window covered with blinds in front of you. When you finished eating the staff will also clean your table from the serving window as well.
