Walked past this restaurant called SuperNormal, which actually sounds extraordinary! They're currently having a promotion on pork knuckle for only $148. Time for a schweinshaxe fix! They offer a range of bottled craft beers and draft beers. Picked the floral 1664 Blanc for the night. Caesar Salad w/ Smoked Salmon Standard Caesar salad with romaine lettuce, croutons and grated parmesan. Topped with 3 pieces of buttery smoked salmon. Pork Knuckle Didn't take too long for preparation. Crackling bubbly skin. Balanced flavors. Best part was the tendons which were moist, gelatinous and soft.

Been here for several times. Great food charged at a reasonable price. Quite crowded during dinner time. Highly recommend to reserve a table beforehand.

The menu offers lots of choices. Tried the chef recommended dishes. Good food with coz environment.
