Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong｜Ramen Taifu

Authentic taste, extra large portion, fair price…. licking good! If you’re a fan of rich taste Japanese ramen, definitely give it a try. (Visited around 9pm for dinner so luckily we avoid the long queue)

I had Ramen Taifu saved on my to go list for a while and every time it had a long queue. But I finally mustered up the patience to try it and no wonder there’s a long queue! Ramen Taifu really lived up to all the positive reviews! The ramen is the most authentic I’ve had in Hong Kong so far as the chef is full Japanese and brings the taste of Japan, to the streets of Tsuen Wan! The soup base was bold and flavourful! And the noodle quality was very similar to japan, and had great texture. The char siu was thickly cut and full of flavour. The egg was the best part. Well marinated and soft and gooey on the inside. Absolute perfection! The staff are friendly and accommodating and the eating environment small and cozy, they all have traits a good Japanese ramen restaurant has. Would 100% come back and recommend to all family and friends!

No wonder that there is a long queue 😭 This ramen really has to be eaten and eaten again From the soup base to the noodle quality to the char siu to the sugar heart egg are all high quality 😋 Although the environment is close to the left, they all have a Japanese flavor🤣 Recommend 🤩👍🏻
