Tong Mi, Hong Kong｜Shan Sheng Noodle

The small shop insists on slow work and fine goods, diners may have to wait patiently for the food to be served. But the product is authentic and delicious, the spicy is really spicy, but it doesn’t have the salty feeling of the chain store; the preserved eggs are mediocre, but some have a runny feeling; the rapeseed is not made with oyster sauce or soy sauce , but a marinade, which is quite special.

Finally found this shop nearby my house which is delicious for my favourite spicy sour noodle! Spicy chicken taste good too, noodle is in big portion so I’ve to take away the chicken.
