This is one of the few small road shops in Hong Kong with homemade Hong Kong pastries. When I arrived at the store, the price of meringue was reduced from 15 yuan to 10 yuan a piece, so I tried it immediately, and the result was very delicious. I also bought two boxes of wife cakes for foreign friends, 4 yuan a piece. Tried one, the puff pastry loosened up but didn't look like it flaked as much when chewed, which was excellent.
