Location : Admiralty , Island side Transportation: Easy to go from MTR. 3 mins walk from station. Clean: Tidy and clean Price: slightly pricey compare with standard ice cream shop Taste: ordered Affogato ( espresso + soft ice cream). Have many McDonald’s shop selling this time. Admiralty one does. Please order and wait in McCafe instead of the normal line ( screen ). Espresso is strong n smell good. + milky vanilla ice cream, also have “chocolate cake crumbs “ at base. Worth for the money. Atmosphere: packed of people during lunch time

This McCafe location serves specialty coffee and croissants. The Admiralty McCafe serves chocolate croissants that they said are imported from France. They are amazing and while croissants from other McCafe very blend and aren’t my go to, these croissants worth every calorie. I would travel to admiralty just for it. With a few dollars more, you can change your latte to their specialty beans, I would say it worths those few extra dollars. The McCafe in this location is like a mad house, so many people buy from them, but I have hardly seen a long lineup at the couter. The staff is extremely efficient and very polite. Sure, you do not immediately get your order, but you have to see the amount of orders they are attending to. Back to the chocolate croissant, it does have a funny buttery smile, but the taste is quite heavenly. The best treat in winter days. It is so good that I have not tried their plain croissants which are also imported from France.

Absolutely wonderful next concept McDonald's and the first of its kind. Termed McDonald's Next, its an upmarket move of the iconic chain to appeal to a fresh audience. As well as the traditional menu, this store offers custom salads and burgers that include potions such as crayfish and egg mayo and kewpie sesame sauces in the salads and things like truffle sauce for your custom burger. There's too many other special new options to list but the taste of everything we ordered was excellent and I really hope McDonald's expands this concept globally.
