Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong｜Kowloon Restaurant (Tsim Sha Tsui)

Super busy eatery (茶餐廳）that was closest to our hotel. Open till 1 am! They only accept cash and Octopus. We had several breakfasts and dinner there. Extensive menu, and I could customise my sandwich order. Additional HKD 1 if you wanted the bread toasted. Food arrived quickly and was delicious. Service wasn't great, because it sees so many customers.

We loved this restaurant as our regular breakfast spot during our Hong Kong trip. This restaurant opens before 10, which already makes it quite unique. The menu looks like a typical 冰室 restaurant. Toast, chicken steak, pineapple bun, instant noodles. I don’t know if Hong Kong was the region with the longest life expectancy of HKers would eat this kind of food on a daily basis? However, it’s tasty and it embodies the spirit of Hong Kong to me. All in all I would come back any time to this place, especially for breakfast or brunch. Oh, and before you leave, be sure to get a pineapple bun with butter inside. They also do take away at the window outside!

Very nice char Chan Teng. Food n service was good, friendly staff, staff even volunteer to help us take photo. Went there for breakfast, they are able to handle the crowd. We ordered the Set, their serving was a lot so if you are small eater better to share . I like their bolo yau.
