Hands down this is the best salted egg mince meat shop in Hong Kong. Don’t even bother looking else where. This is an authentic familiar traditional Cantonese home-style dish. It's a recipe mostly passed on within families, and this family has got us so right! Everything from the fluffy mountain of mince pork, the salted egg crater at the top, the soy sauce was made to perfection everytime! It’s rare to find this dish in most Asian restaurants as it’s more of a home cooked item, but this is Man Shing’s specialty! Trust me though, it is VERY good. It's actually intentionally salty tasting, so it goes very well with white rice, I personally had 7 bowls of rice to go with it. If you’re in the area, do try this out!! You won’t be disappointed!

Their most favor dishes are Steamed Pork Patty with Salted Egg Yolk and shredded chicken. Must try 👍
