North Point, Hong Kong｜Wins Cafe

One of the strangest but the most pleasant experience ever. This is a fastfood restaurant above a jocket club betting center. The idea is to give patrons food and drink as well as up to date sports and horse racing TV coverage and betting services. Despite the heavy gambling theme, the food is absolutely brilliant. Especially the 小籠包 and 湯麵。 煲仔飯 was a bit burnt but overall the food was great and portion size is good.

The seating is very comfortable. The food is up to price performance. Some food are creative in mixing.
