North Point, Hong Kong｜McDonald’s

I recently visited McDonald's with my friend Michael and had the pleasure of encountering Henry during our visit. He was extremely friendly and went above and beyond in his service. After ordering our McFlurry Ice cream, Henry noticed that we were low on Oreo's and decided to give us a top up, which was a really nice touch. This small act of kindness really made our experience at McDonald's even more enjoyable. Henry's excellent customer service skills and attention to detail have left a lasting impression on us and we truly appreciate his kind gesture. We hope to encounter more employees like Henry during our future visits to McDonald's. 5/5 to customer service and Henry :)

Nice newer McDonald's with a quiet McCafe, near Quarry Bay exit C.

This is McDonalds. No surprise. This restaurant can sometimes be quite crowdy on some week days but the seating is ok. Also it ison ground level and has windows.
