Cheung Sha Wan, Hong Kong｜祥仔 Ricky's Kitchen (Cheung Sha Wan)

I have a fish with rice and cream sauce for lunch today. The picture can be better if I have a better camera. The fish is fresh and sweet. The cream sauce is abundant and not salty. You can have your last spoon of rice with the sauce. The rice is soft without being mushy. This gives a delightful experience, in particular when the weather of Hong Kong is annoyingly humid in April. The chef is generous is providing food. The HK style milk tea is slightly less silky. Maybe it can be improved if the tea is replaced at a slightly shorter interval. The attendants are super friendly and helpful, in particular when my respected mentor encounters difficulties in paying the bill electronically. The place is also clean and dry. The floor is not wet or slippery during a humid season. Overall an impressive cafe with impressive foods. Highly recommended.

Restaurant by famous chef Ricky Cheung. Good food at ok price range. The food quality is really worth for a try.

Quality food in Lai Chi Kok area, this price is not popular one but really deserves to pay for it.
