This trendy looking restaurant caught my eye and I was surprised that it actually sell Chinese traditional noodles. I went inside and it was very bright and welcoming. I sat down and instantly got attracted by the menu. I ordered the recommended noodles as it contains 4 types of food plus my favourite egg noodles. When it arrived, it smelled so good. There were beef tripe, beef brisket, pork knuckle and shredded chicken. I chose the spicy shredded chicken, it was spicy but flavourful. The texture was very smooth. The pork knuckle was out of my expectation, it was so yummy. It absorbed all the flavour, the texture was like jelly and soft. The beef brisket was tender and meaty. I love the beef tripe, it was soft and very easy to chew. They gave me lots of egg noodles which I was very happy, these were my favourite egg noodles. After mixing with the special sauce, it tasted so good. The noodles was stretchy and tasty.

This restaurant's main dish is the Prince Goose Oil Lo Mein🦢 with a special croissant🥐 The environment is more comfortable and spacious than the general tea room, and the decoration is also well done. The khaki table with white stools makes people feel so warm, no Do you know if you have ever thought about going to a high-end cafe 😛 🍱 Jiong Kee Four Treasures Braised Noodles $70 Hard-working people must order 🤣 Pork trotters and beef brisket are well cooked and delicious, the tripe is crispy, the chicken shreds are tender and smooth, and the meat is rich 💕 The cold fungus is crispy and delicious, the braised noodles exudes a light goose oil fragrance, and the taste is Q-shaped. We ordered their special drinks since we only need to top up $10 if we ordered a meal. Guava sijichun oolong tea was clear and refreshing, with strong oolong taste. Black sugar milk tea with red bean was smooth and milky, with the red bean sweet and chewy. Sour and spicy boneless chicken feet - Chicken feet was very chewy and juicy, absorbing the essence of the sauce, which was sour and spicy, very appetizing. Mala shredded chicken croissant - This was the first time I tried croissant with shredded chicken as the filling in it and was quite interesting. Croissant was toasted till soft and crispy, going well with the chicken, which was juicy and spicy. Dry noodle with BBQ pork - This was one of their signature dishes, with their flat noodles very chewy and flavourful. BBQ pork used was of higher quality, half lean and fat, making it very juicy and chewy, sweet in taste. It came with black fungus as appetizer, which was crunchy and juicy. HK style beef brisket curry rice - The chef was generous with the portion of curry, which covered the whole bowl. Rice was fragrant, going well with the rice provided. Curry was thick in texture and creamy, and beef brisket was tender and juicy, with sliced potatoes in it as well.
