freshly made, 70% filled centre (each eggette) which is just about right to balance between the crispness outside and the pillow-softness inside👍🏻 will defo come back for other flavours (esp coconut sesame 🌴)

Best in Kowloon side's egg waffle! Crispy but juicy . Even after a while,it's still keep the texture and juciy! Must try HK street food here!I have been their fnas of egg waffle for more than 15 years. My kids fall n love with that too!!
