To Kwa Wan, Hong Kong｜Ice Restaurant

Ice restaurant was great! The food was delicious and the service was very quick and efficient. The only things I could ask for would be if the restaurant was bigger, but that's a personal request, not anything wrong with the actual place!

The breakfast is really nice. Big bowl of oatmeal, egg toast, and milk tea for 28HKD. Other options like beef ramen, or macaroni available for similar price. You can pay with Octopus or cash. Fast service. A little high priced at night but the breakfast is the star.

The tea meal is super delicious, add 6 pieces of coconut milk, fresh cream and red bean ice.
