Kennedy Town, Hong Kong｜Cheuk Kee (Authentic) Congee

This place offer cheap and good varieties of local porridge, steamed rice roll (肠粉), fried dough fritters and fried noodles. I ordered the rice roll wrapped fried dough stick (炸两) and fried noodles (炒麵) which cost me only HK$12. Must admit that the food was good for this price. Though it's self service, the elderly lady at the stall insisted to bring my tray of food to the table and offer to order a cup of milk tea for me from stall next door. Was surprised by her warm service. Will certainly visit this place whenever I crave for local breakfast.

This is commonly known as one of the three treasures of the western district for its well-rooted nature into so many lives within this community.
