Authentic Chiu Chow cuisine that's not found elsewhere as recommended by a local friend. I highly recommend the Oyster pancake, it was super delicious! There are lots of other pancake dishes that are yummy too. Loving the atmosphere and watching the chef made these cakes by hand instead of machines. Will definitely come back for more of this delish food whenever I'm in Hong Kong!

Location : Sheung Wan , city area Transportation: Easy to go from MTR ( 10-15mins walk ), from tram “ding ding” (2 mins walk ) Clean: average Price: very good price Taste: authentic Chiu Chow cuisine. Very tasty, specially the 粿. Also with good pricing. We found Dessert too sweet, can’t really taste the taro fav. Little oyster congee, fresh and yummy Atmosphere: in local market. Been getting their Chiu Chow pastries ( savory and sweet kind for decades). My fav is always their chives one. Now all at $8@, still good. Bring them home and pan fried slowly for few minutes both sides. Dipped into chili sauce and enjoy.
