Morrison Hill, Hong Kong｜Fu Kee Noodles

Typical noodle shop in Hongkong. Had beef brisket and tendon noodles. Broth was tasty and brisket was tender. Definitely give it a try if you happen to pass by.

For a small old style noodle restaurant in Wan Chai, it is incredibly clean! Note the sauce bottles and chilly oil metal can as shown in the photo, you will immediately distinguish it from those oily and stained ones in conventional competitors. The young cook puts heart and efforts to cook, one bowl of noodles at a time. And they are delicious, better than expected! I can say this is one of the top-most quality conventional wonton noodle restaurants in Hong Kong, but low price ! A Must Try !

I had homemade squid balls with noodles and seaweed. It’s hard to have those tasty ones in local noodles shops now. Don’t miss the crispy fish skin too! The shop is neat and clean, and the staff is polite. Highly recommend.
