Central, Hong Kong｜Mak's Noodle

One of the best beef tendon & brisket noodles we had. Noodles are cooked al dente & tendons was soft & tender. Soup is also tasty & not too salty. Wantons soup was also very nice & comparable to the very best. We had 2 bowls of noodles, wanton soup & kailan for HKD 212, taxes already included in the menu prices.

After five year, I revisited here again and they still serve amazing wonton noodles. The egg noodles was springy yet tender. Not too firm or too soft, was just rightly boiled. Soup was also right for me, not too salty. The table is small, so if you visit as a big group. Be prepared to break into separate table.

Just visited here with friends and had a lovely experience! We ordered the signature shrimp wonton noodles, shrimp and pork dumpling noodles, and the vegetables with oyster sauce. Everything was incredible. The staff was so helpful and kind. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice and laid back. We would definitely come back!
