Wan Chai, Hong Kong｜Ming Ming Cart Noodle Bar

I go here for lunch at least once a week. The food is always good, place is very clean and staff is nice. Economical and delicious. I want to highlight the kitchen is all female staff every time I go, and the rest of the staff is +90% females too, very friendly, hard working and sharp. Completely opposite of what most Hong Kong restaurants who serve similar food, hospitality is supreme. Highly recommend it! :-)
