Shau Kei Wan, Hong Kong｜On Lee Noodle Soup

This place is a favourite of mine and a must-go whenever I travel back to Hong Kong. I recommend going on Sunday to get the fried fish skin. I missed out on it the most recent time I visited. We went on a weekday during lunch, and there was no wait, which was surprising and great.The fish noodle soup is delicious and flavourful. The fish balls and fish cakes are a must-try. The cuttlefish balls are ok. I definitely prefer the fish balls more.

Octopus ball is the best. Noodles textured noodles are incredible, wonton is excellent. A "Must-go" place. Prepare a long line.

10.30am and it was already crowded with locals :) lotsa seats so worry not ! the dry noodles were pretty mild, but the beef and brisket topping were amazing, blend nicely woohh !! we ordered additional soup with fish balls, prawn dumplings and beef balls and it turned up to be the most soothing comforting soup in our tummy !! not to forget the local butter sandwich as starter, and HK milk tea to complete the brekkie experience :) simply happy 🥰 heads up to the prawn dumpling, extraordinary delicious !!
