Kwun Tong, Hong Kong｜Longevity Dan Dan Noodles

Classic Shanghainese from the parent restaurant Wing Lai Yuen which has been in business for over 70 years and famous for their dandan noodles. This is their new sub branch that offers a much more convenient and is less expensive. But quality still remains high. A must order is the dandan noodles which they have several to choose from. But just go with the classic. Long chewy noodles that cling to the soup that has multi layers of flavour that take you from nutty, savory to spicy. They serve other classic Shanghainese food such as xiao long bao and claypot wonton chicken soup. Unsure if there is a bilingual menu but they do offer ordering by scanning a QR code where Google Translate is your friend. Located in a mall called Yu Man Square, it's only a few minutes walk from Kwun Tong MTR station.

Very nice noodle and Shanghai style dishes. recipe from a famous restaurant in Hong Kong. shanghai dim sum is also excellent. outside is a very nice garden, a quite place in a hustle and bustle of the city.

Great food and very friendly staff, even helped us to translate the menu and gave us personal recommendations.
